What he works on

He currently works with the Mongolian Information Communication Operators’ Association (MICOA), focusing on policy and industry development.

Previously, he launched SKYMEDIA, contributed to Smart Government (GovTech) initiatives, and started MStars Hub, a technology startup accelerator. As CTO of SKYTEL, he contributed to the nationwide LTE expansion and mobile network development, and later served as CEO of Shoppy, leading the growth of a headless e-commerce  platform.

His cross-domain experience enables him to connect technology, business, and policy perspectives in shaping the future of Mongolia’s digital and telecommunications industry.
