Baldansambuu is a Head of Cybersecurity Division of Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Communications. Leading the ministry’s cyber security division, holding policy responsibility for the national cyber security framework and its implementation across government bodies and critical information infrastructure operators under the Law on Cyber Security and the National Cyber Security Strategy.

Cyber security policy expert with over twelve years inside Mongolia’s telecommunications, satellite communications andinformation security institutions. Lead or contributing author of the Law on Cyber Security (2021), the National Cyber Security Strategy (2022) and subsequent government regulations and charters that together form the country’s cyber governance framework.
